At SUDU, we are committed to your performance; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
